A hilarious little chess game from the dawn of the computer era:)
From KFlood.net:
"While digging around a bit to see what I want to transfer to the new computer and what stays on the old (or goes away forever) I came across a little txt file from years ago. It's a game of chess played via notes messenger (our internal system at ACD), basically sending a move on an ascii board, copying the board into a new note, adjusting it for a move and then firing it back.
As you see, it started out quite normally:
+---------------+
|r|n|b|q|k|b|n|r|
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
|p|p|p|p|p|p|p|p|
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
| | | | | | | | |
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
| | | | | | | | |
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
| | | | |p| | | |
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
| | | | | | | | |
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
|p|p|p|p| |p|p|p|
|-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-|
|r|n|b|q|k|b|n|r|
+---------------+
But things quickly degenerated from there..."
